How Therapy Works Here
"I value relationship building and believe that it is the essential component to finding success in therapy."
In my clinical work, I aim to establish a safe and secure relationship with my clients, in which we can collaboratively reach their goals. In therapy, we will explore relational patterns, behaviors, and other issues of concern without judgment or shame.

Therapy can help you understand anxiety patterns, build steadier coping skills, and move through daily life with more ease.

Together, we can work with low mood, loss of interest, and lack of energy in a way that supports relief and reconnection.

Stress often builds during demanding or transitional seasons. Therapy can help clarify what is driving it and how to respond.

Exploring relational patterns can build self-awareness and create more room for direct, connected relationships.

Trauma therapy can support processing painful experiences while building greater grounding in the present.

Pregnancy and postpartum seasons can bring intense physical and emotional change. Therapy can help you find steadier support.

Recovery from an eating disorder or disordered eating is possible. Therapy can support a repaired relationship with your body.

As an "in-network" provider, I am able to bill your insurance directly following each of our therapy sessions.
